HOMES & NEIGHBORHOODS

Independence Ranch Subdivision

This established 246-lot subdivision is now in its ninth phase of development. Planning began in 1996 with annexation, rezone, sketch plan and preliminary plan approvals. Today the project includes common open space areas with trails, common pressurized sprinkler systems for lot owners and open space and restrictive covenants … such as the avoidance of tall fences next to open space.

Petersburg Residence

Patios can be attached or detached, and still provide additional ‘rooms’ to your home. Plant massings and water features can separate your outdoor use areas, provide screening, frame views, and blend into the existing native landscape.

Roy Residence

Courtyards attached to homes can be useful extensions to an interior space, as well as provide aesthetic views from the interior space. Plant massings can create privacy and contrast differing species for visual appeal.

The Village at Country Creek

Our neighborhood planning and design has addressed a number of markets. These range from condominium and townhome developments, to varying urban density single family lot neighborhoods, to estate and large lot subdivisions. Where possible we incorporate natural conditions and site features into open space areas within the plan. However, many projects create new open space areas and site
amenities that enhance the community.
